Take some time to research the use of virtual teams for new product development and technological innovation. Discuss your findings concerning the effectiveness of virtual teams. Consider the challenges faced by teams located in multiple countries and geographies. What advantages and disadvantages do you associate with virtual teams versus co-located teams?
